Mykela DeLuca is a Data Scientist and Product Manager at Micantis, a battery data analytics platform that helps manufacturers and researchers turn raw cycling data into predictive insights. At Micantis, she works closely with customers to develop cycle life prediction models across a range of lithium-ion chemistries, supporting faster, data-driven decisions in materials development, performance optimization, and cell qualification.

Prior to joining Micantis, she was a Senior Battery Materials Engineer at Mitra Chem, where she worked on the synthesis and scale-up of next-generation cathode materials including LFP and LMFP, with an emphasis on accelerating the transition from lab-scale discovery to production. Mykela holds a Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering, where her research focused on materials synthesis and characterization.
