Billing/Discount Policy:
All prices listed above are per person. To qualify for the group rate, 3 or more individuals from the same company must register and must register at the same time. Attendees registering in a group of 3 or more will receive a 10% discount on their total purchase. Discount cannot be retroactively applied.
Any attendees that are members of ReMA will receive 15% off their registration. If you are a member, please contact membership@isri.org to request access to the discount code.
All registration charges will appear on your credit card statement as GIE Media Inc., not Battery and Critical Metals Recycling Conference.
Cancellation Policy:
All cancellations must be made in writing and emailed to conference@gie.net. Voicemails will not be accepted. A full refund minus a 10% administrative fee will be issued if the cancellation is received by May 17, 2024. No refunds will be issued after May 17, 2024, or for no-shows. If you cancel your conference registration, your hotel room will no longer qualify for the group rate and may also be cancelled if booked at the host hotel. Battery and Critical Metals Recycling Conference reserves the right to cancel a program due to insufficient registration or instructor emergency. A full refund of registration fees will be issued only if this occurs. Attendees can notify the show at any time that another individual will attend the conference in his or her place.
Substitution Policy:
Attendees can notify the show at any time that another individual will attend the conference in their place. At this time, the original attendee's log-in credentials will be deactivated and new credentials will be sent to the new attendee.
Confirmation Policy:
All confirmations will be sent via e-mail to the primary registrant unless otherwise arranged with conference management.
Battery and Critical Metals Recycling Conference is a business-to-business event open to trade professionals only. Persons under 18 (including infants) are not allowed into the educational sessions, exhibit hall or food functions.
Show management reserves the right to remove or to deny admission to anyone who is deemed a risk to the professional atmosphere of the event, who fails to comply with the rules & regulations of the event or hotel, or for any reason whatsoever. Show management reserves the right to do so without liability for refund of any fees paid or due, and without liability for any other damages caused by such action.
